If the restrictions section is left blank any email will be able to register for that ticket.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>If you already have your ticket created, simply navigate to the <strong>Registration <\/strong>tab and then click <strong>Ticket <\/strong>and select the ticket you would like to add restrictions to.<\/p>\n<p>Next, select the <strong>Restrictions<\/strong> button, a dialogue box will appear.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"article-image\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/staging.knowledge-base.canapii.com\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/image-png-Jun-21-2023-04-21-58-4078-AM.png\" style=\"max-width: 100%;height: auto\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Here you can paste emails or domains under Allow list or Block list. <strong>Make sure there is only one email per line.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Allow list<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">On allow list, only emails under those domain can register<\/p>\n<p><strong>Block list<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">On block list, the emails under that domain will not be able to register<\/p>\n<p>You can also include an entire domain here as well. So if you only want attendees using an @gmail.com email you would simply input &#8220;gmail.com&#8221; into the dialogue box.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px\">This, for example, means that anyone trying to register with a Yahoo or Hotmail email address will be met with an error message that will instruct them to get in contact with the event organizers if they would like to register for your event.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Firstly you will need to have at least one ticket created for your event.
