Following the roll out of our QR Code feature, Sponsors have now the ability to curate and customize the sponsor experience when an attendee scans the sponsor’s QR Code or vice versa.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Sponsor Admins<\/h3>\n

Sponsor admins using the native mobile app will now have a unique and specialized QR scanner. When they scan an attendee’s profile using this scanner, they’ll see two options: “View Profile”, and “Add as Lead”. If they choose the second option, the attendee will be added to the Leads<\/strong> tab within the sponsor page so that the whole sponsor team can view the information later.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Sponsor lead activation email\u00a0\u00a0<\/h3>\n

A sponsor lead is an attendee who scans the QR code at a sponsor’s booth to let them know that they’re interested in that sponsor. The sponsor admin team now has the ability to create an automatic email to be sent when the QR is scanned – they can use this feature to send a welcome packet to their new lead!<\/p>\n

To preview this feature, click into the\u00a0Sponsors\u00a0tab and then on one of your sponsor booths. At the bottom, click\u00a0Lead activation email\u00a0in the row of tabs.<\/p>\n

Enable email sending with the toggle, which activates the feature with a default email template – you can edit the default template by clicking the Update button.<\/p>\n

Once you’re satisfied with the email, click Save, and you’re all set.<\/p>\n

Note: When you create new sponsor admins, be sure to check off the box marked\u00a0Lead activation email\u00a0in the admin creation modal if you’d like them to be able to edit the template.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Invite code<\/h3>\n

Users are able to assign at least one invite code to a sponsor zone that will display in the sponsor console zone under “Invited users”.<\/p>\n

A use case scenario, for example, is a sponsor for X event is able to invite 100 of their partners to the event and they are wanting to see a report of who has signed up using their invite code.<\/p>\n

To enable this feature, click on the Sponsor name populated on the Sponsor tab of your console. When adding a sponsor admin, click “Invited attendee list” on the admin creation modal.<\/p>\n

Only event admins<\/strong> are able to add invites code(s) to each sponsor.\u00a0<\/p>\n
