Attendees can initiate contact via the platform. Organizers also have the ability to create pre-defined chat groups via the <strong>Chat group<\/strong> tab of the event Console&#8217;s sidebar. Pre-defined chat groups are useful if you wish to connect specific types of attendees to prompt meaningful engagement.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>All chat messages appear in the interactive chat panel on the right side of the event homepage.
