The Community Gallery is a great space to showcase project posters, team photos, event highlights, or any media you’d like to share with attendees.<\/p>\n

Set Up the Gallery Page

  1. Go to the Community<\/strong> tab and click Gallery<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. \n

    At the top, you’ll see four main buttons:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Upload<\/li>\n
    • Page settings<\/li>\n
    • Generate photo wall link<\/li>\n
    • Sharing settings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
      \n

      Click Page settings<\/strong><\/span> to open the edit modal. Here, you can:<\/p>\n

        \n
      • \n

        Add or edit a banner<\/strong>, heading<\/strong>, and description<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Enable the photo and\/or video upload<\/strong> option to allow attendees to upload media themselves directly to the gallery.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Choose to hide filenames and attendee details<\/strong> so they don\u2019t show up on the gallery page.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Turn on or off the gallery sidebar chat<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Enable gallery albums<\/strong> to better organize media.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Adjust photo wall settings<\/strong>, including display preferences.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        \n

        If G<\/strong>allery Albums<\/strong><\/span> are enabled:<\/p>\n

          \n
        • \n

          A new ‘Albums’<\/strong> button will appear beside Upload<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

          <\/li>\n

        • \n

          You can create multiple albums and set each to Active<\/strong> or Inactive<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          When uploading a photo or video, you can assign it to an album.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          If no album is selected, a Default Album<\/strong> will be created automatically.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          \n

          Click Upload<\/strong><\/span> to add an image or video.<\/p>\n

            \n
          • \n

            You must select an attendee<\/strong> to associate with the upload.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            Use the Caption<\/strong> field to add a description.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            You can:<\/p>\n

              \n
            • \n

              Hide filename<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            • \n

              Hide attendee details<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            • \n

              Generate tags<\/strong> for the photo automatically by checking the box.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              \n

              <\/p>\n

              Click Generate photo wall link<\/strong><\/span> to create a shareable URL showing all uploaded photos\/videos in the gallery.<\/p>\n

              You can also customize:<\/p>\n

                Display style<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              • \n

                Scroll speed<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              • \n

                Preview duration<\/strong>
                (These settings are managed under Page settings<\/strong>.)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                Click Sharing settings<\/strong><\/span> to configure default values for when users share gallery content.<\/p>\n

                You can:<\/p>\n

                  \n
                • \n

                  Set a default caption<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                • \n

                  Add default hashtags<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                • \n

                  Provide a URL for backlink<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  \n

                  At the bottom of the Community Gallery, you’ll see a list of all uploaded photos and videos. For each file, you can view the associated attendee, the upload date, preview the media, and choose to update or remove it.<\/p>\n
