However, you have full control. Subheadings will help you categorize your questions and make it easier for your attendees to find the information they need.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"article-image\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/staging.knowledge-base.canapii.com\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Screenshot202025-03-2520at207-53-31E280AFPM-png.png\" style=\"max-width: 100%;height: auto\" \/><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-size: 1.05em;margin-top: 10px;margin-bottom: 4px\">FAQ Admins\u00a0<\/h3>\n<p>If you add an admin to your FAQs page, they\u2019ll receive an email notification if any of your attendees have questions. This notification will allow them to respond to the attendees via chat or email. If there are no admins added, the questions will go to Canapii\u2019s support team via email \u2013 response time may vary.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-size: 1.05em;margin-top: 10px;margin-bottom: 4px\">Help Box<\/h3>\n<p>If attendees have questions that aren&#8217;t answered in your FAQ list, they can use the <strong>FAQ Help Box<\/strong> to type in their message or inquiry.<\/p>\n<p>By default, the Help Box appears above the FAQs list, but you can change its position by adjusting the settings under <strong>Page Settings.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"article-image\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/staging.knowledge-base.canapii.com\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/image-png-Jul-07-2025-10-39-13-8568-AM.png\" style=\"max-width: 100%;height: auto\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Submitted questions are sent via email to the FAQ Admins or Canapii Support Team.
