To do this, visit the &#8216;Meetings&#8217; page in your event Console sidebar:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Select the blue <strong>Tools<\/strong>\u00a0button<\/li>\n<li>Select the <strong>Send pending for approval email<\/strong>\u00a0option\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Press <strong>ok<\/strong> on the pop-up alert message. This will send an email to any attendee with a pending meeting, reminding them to respond.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div style=\"background: #eef4ff;border-left: 4px solid #3b82f6;padding: 12px 16px;margin: 16px 0;border-radius: 4px\"><strong>Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Emails can only be received once every 24 hours to ensure your attendees are not bombarded.
