Scroll down and click on the <strong>Assets<\/strong> tab.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Here you can <strong>Upload<\/strong>\u00a0your video file, thumbnail, and chapter files.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Video file:<\/strong> you can upload the following video file formats in h.264 codec at a maximum framerate of 30FPS:\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>MP4<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div style=\"background: #fff7ed;border-left: 4px solid #f97316;padding: 12px 16px;margin: 16px 0;border-radius: 4px\"><strong>Caution:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Remember:<\/strong> the maximum file size per video is 5GB.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Thumbnail:<\/strong> This is the image that appears on the player screen before a user clicks play. The thumbnail image for the session is the banner image you uploaded when creating the session. If you don&#8217;t need the thumbnail to be different, you can ignore this section.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chapter files:<\/strong> uploading a chapter file allows your audience to skip to specific sections in a video.
