It’s super simple to upload a welcome video, simply follow these steps:<\/p>\n

1. Within Design > General settings,<\/strong> select the Features and Networking <\/strong>tab and enable welcome video<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

2. Now you’ll see Welcome video h<\/strong>ighlighted within Design<\/strong> found on the left side menu.<\/p>\n

Upon going into welcome video, simply select ‘create’ & upload your MP4 video content. To ensure that it’s live on the platform select ‘active’. Any welcome videos which aren’t activated, won’t be seen live on the front end.<\/p>\n

It is important to note that this is a desktop only feature which will pop-up on the screen upon logging into the event page. Welcome videos will not show on the mobile app.<\/p>\n

You can upload multiple welcome videos & target them to attendee’s based on the attributes collected upon registration. Just ensure that the videos are ordered in priority to play. Only one video will play at a time based on sorting priority and target attendees of the video.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
