If you only have the one session that you need to use Zoom for, you can create the webinar in Zoom directly and then create a Canapii session that corresponds to that meeting. <br \/>In Canapii, create your session by going to <strong>Sessions<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Create<\/strong>, then change the Content type field to <strong>Custom<\/strong>. From there, copy your Zoom meeting URL. Paste the Zoom meeting URL into the Canapii session details.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Image-2022-01-04-at-2.56.45-PM\" class=\"article-image\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/staging.knowledge-base.canapii.com\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/c929bf98-fd1b-4505-bbc4-457c7756d35d.png\" style=\"max-width: 100%;height: auto\" \/><\/p>\n<figure><\/figure>\n<p>2. If you&#8217;d like to set Zoom as your default host for all webinars and 1&#215;1 meetings between attendees, and\/or if you have a lot of Zoom sessions to create, you can integrate your Zoom account into Canapii instead. <br \/>To do this, go to your <strong>Integrations<\/strong> tab and <strong>click into the Zoom tile<\/strong>.<br \/><strong>Go to<\/strong> https:\/\/marketplace.zoom.us\/develop\/create (you&#8217;ll need a Zoom marketplace account). Select JWT and click the <strong>Create <\/strong>button<strong>.<\/strong> Fill in any basic information about the app, name, email, etc. that you&#8217;d like to use. If you already have a Zoom marketplace account, you can skip this step.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ll find the Account ID, Client ID, and Client Secret Key in the <strong>App Credentials<\/strong> page.\u00a0<br \/><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" class=\"article-image\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/staging.knowledge-base.canapii.com\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Screen-Shot-2020-06-30-at-1.10.57-PM.png\" style=\"max-width: 100%;height: auto\" \/><br \/>Copy these keys and add them to the Zoom integration field.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"article-image\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/staging.knowledge-base.canapii.com\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/image-png-Sep-22-2023-07-41-06-8615-PM.png\" style=\"max-width: 100%;height: auto\" \/><\/p>\n<p>If you want to use Zoom for your 1&#215;1 meetings, you&#8217;ll need to paste your attendee email addresses into the Meeting accounts field. If you want to use Zoom to host your webinars, you&#8217;ll need to add your Zoom account&#8217;s email address and your admins&#8217; email addresses in the Webinar accounts field.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>After you integrate your Zoom account keys and email address(es), check off the &#8220;Default as meeting provider&#8221; and\/or &#8220;Default as live breakout provider&#8221; if you&#8217;d like.
