Attendees do not need a Canapii account to view this page, so you will be able to send out the link to interested groups commitment-free. <a href=\"#Tickets\" rel=\"noopener\">You can also enable Tickets to allow registration from this page.\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<p>To create the page, click on the <strong>Microsite<\/strong> tab under Step 2 in your event Console. Hover over each field and click the pencil\/edit icon to change the display:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Microsite menu<\/strong> bar allows you to enable\/disable contents of your microsite\u00a0<br \/><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"article-image\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/staging.knowledge-base.canapii.com\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/image-png-Jul-26-2022-12-46-20-98-PM.png\" style=\"max-width: 100%;height: auto\" \/><\/li>\n<li><strong>Language selector<\/strong> allows the viewer to toggle between the language options.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>Banner image <\/strong>appears at the top of your landing page. The suggested size of the banner is 1920&#215;500 and should only be in JPG and PNG file format.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>Description\u00a0<\/strong>introduces and describes your event.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li><strong>Video\u00a0<\/strong>supports a video embed link &amp; also the ability to upload a MP4 video file. You can toggle Autoplay to enabled\/disabled according to your preference &#8211; if you enable autoplay, the video will begin playing (with sound muted) when the viewer opens the page.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div style=\"background: #eef4ff;border-left: 4px solid #3b82f6;padding: 12px 16px;margin: 16px 0;border-radius: 4px\"><strong>Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You can rename sections such as Tickets, Agenda, Speakers, Meet our Sponsors, and Privacy and Terms in the Microsite if you&#8217;d like.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><a id=\"Tickets\"><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Tickets <\/strong>shows your ticket types. Check the boxes next to the ticket types that you&#8217;d like to show. When you send the microsite page out, registrants will be able to click the ticket type to purchase or register with that ticket.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li><strong>Agenda <\/strong>shows the dates and times of your sessions. Check the boxes next to your session titles to add them to the list. You&#8217;ll also see that that each session features the session description which enables your attendees to understand more about the sessions available to them! If &#8216;Speakers&#8217; are pulled through within the &#8216;Speakers&#8217; tab of the session, they will also become visible on within this area of the Microsite.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li><strong>Speakers <\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">will add speaker profiles (name, job title, company, and photo &#8211; click to reveal bio) from your list of speakers or speaker type. You can change the order of the speakers on the microsite by clicking the up and down arrow icons.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\"><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div style=\"background: #eef4ff;border-left: 4px solid #3b82f6;padding: 12px 16px;margin: 16px 0;border-radius: 4px\"><strong>Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Ensure that you upload images within the Microsite in the following dimensions:\u00a0<\/p>\n<p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\" style=\"text-align: center\">Large: 370x370px<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Medium: 285&#215;285<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Small: 200&#215;200<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Video <\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">allows you to either upload or embed multiple videos &#8211; You can also select whether you want the video to AutoPay within the Microsite.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Upon uploading a video please ensure that it matched the following requirements:<\/p>\n<p><em>Recommended frame max width: 1108 and height: 650.<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Privacy and terms\u00a0<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">opens a modal for you to add a text-based privacy and\/or terms of use section.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">FAQs\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">section gives you a space for your frequently asked questions.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You Change the highlight (button) color and the page alignment with the settings at the bottom.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"article-image\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/staging.knowledge-base.canapii.com\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/image-png-Jul-26-2022-02-29-20-55-PM.png\" style=\"max-width: 100%;height: auto\" \/><\/p>\n<div style=\"background: #f0fdf4;border-left: 4px solid #22c55e;padding: 12px 16px;margin: 16px 0;border-radius: 4px\"><strong>Tip:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Use the arrow navigation buttons in each section to reorder the sections in the display.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>When you&#8217;re finished, you can <strong>preview<\/strong> your landing page or <strong>save<\/strong> the data.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Your landing page will have the same URL as your preview, minus the \/preview at the end.
