In the list view, you can see a quick view of an attendee&#8217;s name, company, email address, attendee type (if part of your registration), and the date they registered. Clicking on the small arrow next to each column&#8217;s title allows you to quickly sort the data.<\/p>\n<p>The export feature allows you to download your attendee list in excel format.<\/p>\n<p>Clicking on an attendee name shows you more information. From here you can also:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Update <\/strong>attendee profile detail, such as company or job title.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li><strong>Block<\/strong> an attendee if they are behaving in a way that is against your event and company guidelines.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Disable<\/strong>, and then if needed, <strong>delete<\/strong> an attendee if they are no longer attending your event.<\/li>\n<li>Update the <strong>password<\/strong> of the attendee.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Make the attendee a <strong>speaker<\/strong>. This will link their speaker and attendee profile and will ensure they appear as a speaker at your event.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Resend <\/strong>the welcome email.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Send Passwordless Login <\/strong>which can be used in cases wherein the attendee is having difficulty in signing in. This sends an email to the attendee with the sign in link without needing a password. The login link will be valid to use for up to 24 hours only.<\/li>\n<li>Check the\u00a0<strong>Audit Trail\u00a0<\/strong>of the attendee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div style=\"background: #f0fdf4;border-left: 4px solid #22c55e;padding: 12px 16px;margin: 16px 0;border-radius: 4px\"><strong>Tip:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You are also able to choose an attendee and &#8220;Add to favorites&#8221; for easier access to their profile. They will appear under your Favorites on your profile dropdown.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>An attendee\u2019s sessions and meeting engagements can be viewed in their profile.\u00a0 This overview can be found under the <strong>Sessions<\/strong> and <strong>Meetings<\/strong> segments of a profile. For example, should you need to quickly understand if Enzo Hernandez attended the &#8220;Opening Session&#8221;, you could check in his profile directly. Additionally, should you need to block an attendees calendar to ensure they are not available for meetings, you can do that here too.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>If needed, you can bypass the registration process and register a select number of attendees directly via the <strong>Create attendee<\/strong> button. This is helpful for VIPs.<\/p>\n<div style=\"background: #fff7ed;border-left: 4px solid #f97316;padding: 12px 16px;margin: 16px 0;border-radius: 4px\"><strong>Caution:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Remember:<\/strong> we recommend this is used sparingly, as log-in information (including password) will need to be created by you and passed to the attendee directly.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h3 style=\"font-size: 1.05em;margin-top: 10px;margin-bottom: 4px\">Bulk editing attendees&#8217; information<\/h3>\n<p>Administrators are able to bulk edit attendee information, including ticket, preferred language, country &amp; any set custom attributes. To achieve this:<\/p>\n<p>1. Within step 1, select <strong>Attendees<\/strong>. You may search an attendee and select the checkbox beside the name to carry out action to multiple attendees.<\/p>\n<p>2. Next to the search bar, <strong>Add Filter<\/strong>. Now input the attribute name and then the value which you want to search for i.e.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Attribute Name<\/strong>: Ticket<br \/><strong>Attribute Value<\/strong>: Onsite<br \/>By selecting &#8216;onsite&#8217; the system will filter and present all the attendees listed under this attribute.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Now that the values are input, select <strong>Close.\u00a0<\/strong>You&#8217;ll be able to recognise that the filter has been applied because the number of attributes applied to the search, will appear within the Filter box <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"article-image\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/staging.knowledge-base.canapii.com\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/image-png-May-20-2022-02-43-44-16-PM.png\" style=\"max-width: 100%;height: auto\" \/><\/p>\n<p>3. Now select each attendee&#8217;s name by ticking the box next to their name.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>4.
