Canapii\u2019 s sponsor zone supports the following functionalities:\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-aria-level=\"1\" data-aria-posinset=\"1\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-listid=\"15\">Company logo\u00a0or\u00a0banner\u00a0<\/li>\n<li data-aria-level=\"1\" data-aria-posinset=\"2\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-listid=\"15\">Company boilerplate (supports hyperlinks to social media profiles and external pages)\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<li data-aria-level=\"1\" data-aria-posinset=\"1\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-listid=\"15\">Registered executives from the company are displayed on right-hand side of the zone. Quick links for attendees to <strong>chat<\/strong> and <strong>meet<\/strong> with any representative in one click. Note: <strong>chat<\/strong> is an instant messenger chat (similar to WhatsApp) and <strong>meet<\/strong> allows for pre-scheduled meeting booking.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<li data-aria-level=\"1\" data-aria-posinset=\"2\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-listid=\"15\">Host a <strong>Breakout room<\/strong> or virtual meeting room that attendees can access to speak to a dedicated executive from the sponsor.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<li data-aria-level=\"1\" data-aria-posinset=\"1\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-listid=\"15\">Showcase sessions from the master event agenda that the sponsor has been part of i.e. Sponsor 1 was a guest speaker of the keynote session, so the keynote session would appear in the Sponsor 1 zone.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<li data-aria-level=\"1\" data-aria-posinset=\"2\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-listid=\"15\">Links through speakers from the sponsor to be displayed on the page.<\/li>\n<li data-aria-level=\"1\" data-aria-posinset=\"2\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-listid=\"15\">Welcome video, which autoplays when attendees visit the sponsor zone.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div style=\"background: #f0fdf4;border-left: 4px solid #22c55e;padding: 12px 16px;margin: 16px 0;border-radius: 4px\"><strong>Tip:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tip: You are also able to choose a sponsor and &#8220;Add to favorites&#8221; for easier access to their profile. They will appear under your Favorites on your profile dropdown.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Sponsor zone supported content\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Enable your sponsors to display their most important collateral\u00a0and information.\u00a0Canapii\u00a0supports:\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-aria-level=\"1\" data-aria-posinset=\"1\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-listid=\"18\">Videos (MP4)\u00a0<\/li>\n<li data-aria-level=\"1\" data-aria-posinset=\"2\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-listid=\"18\">Downloadable Podcasts\/audio (MP3)\u00a0<\/li>\n<li data-aria-level=\"1\" data-aria-posinset=\"1\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-listid=\"18\">Downloadable\u00a0PDFs\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<li data-aria-level=\"1\" data-aria-posinset=\"2\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-listid=\"18\">Downloadable\u00a0PowerPoints\u00a0<\/li>\n<li data-aria-level=\"1\" data-aria-posinset=\"1\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-listid=\"18\">Downloadable\u00a0Word Documents\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div style=\"background: #eef4ff;border-left: 4px solid #3b82f6;padding: 12px 16px;margin: 16px 0;border-radius: 4px\"><strong>Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Canapii\u00a0recommends no more than\u00a0<strong>5 MP4 videos<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>8 other resources<\/strong>\u00a0per sponsor.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>How to add content to the Sponsor Zone<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In your Master <strong>Console<\/strong>, you will see events that you have admin access to in the <strong>Your events<\/strong> tab. When your event organizer has given you admin permissions to update the Sponsor Zone, you&#8217;ll see a <strong>Manage <\/strong>button on the event tile in this tab. Click <strong>Manage<\/strong>, then click <strong>Sponsors <\/strong>and then your company name.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Click the <strong>Update <\/strong>button at the top of the page to change your logo, banner, name, branding color options, sponsor bio, status, add social media links, hyperlink your company website, or toggle on\/off the Interested button. You can also add tags and keywords for easier search of sponsors on the sponsor zone.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>If you have added a banner, you can change or delete the banner by hovering over the image until the options appear in the upper left corner.<\/p>\n<p>You can either embed a video in your bio, or click the <strong>Upload welcome video<\/strong> button to insert a .mp4 video file from your device.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Click the <strong>Matchmaking <\/strong>button to set up a quick filter for networking. For example, if you&#8217;d like to prioritize sending messages to attendees with a specific attendee type, you can set that attendee type as a matchmaking target and then give them a Priority label. When your sponsor team clicks on the list of attendees, they&#8217;ll see the Priority label beside the names of attendees who fulfill your search parameters.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-size: 1.05em;margin-top: 10px;margin-bottom: 4px\">Additional tools<\/h3>\n<p>At the bottom of the page, you&#8217;ll see a row of tabs. Individual tabs may not appear if you have not been given permission to view them &#8211; if you are missing the tab that you need, reach out to your event organizer to request that your permissions for the Sponsor Zone be updated:\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Leads<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px\">This tab will showcase a log of all the interactions that attendees have had with your sponsor zone. Select the\u00a0<strong>reference table<\/strong> to see an explanation of each reference activity.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Meetings<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px\">This section will log all meetings that were requested\/scheduled with one of your representatives (using the representatives tab of the interactive bar that lists attendees that hold a specific ticket that you can choose within<strong> <\/strong>the<strong> update <\/strong>section).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Analytics<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px\">The analytics tab will show you top level metrics such as page views, number of interested attendees, asset views and attachment views.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sessions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px\">The sessions tab will allow you to add\/view\/manage existing related sessions to your sponsor zone.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sessions &#8211; Breakout rooms<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong>Also within the sessions tab, if associated, you&#8217;re able to pull through breakout\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0sessions to appear within the sponsors page i.e. Having a Sponsor representative<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0leading a discussion.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Speakers<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px\">This tab is for managing speakers that appear in your sponsor zone.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Assets<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px\">Use this tab to upload\/embed video content that will appear in a dedicated playlist row within your sponsor zone.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Attachments<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px\">Add any files or hyperlinks for your attendees to view and download.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Interactive tab<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px\">See a log of all chat submissions in your zone&#8217;s interactive bar and decide if the interactive bar is default open or closed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Admins <\/strong>(only editable by event admins)<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px\">Manage sponsor admins (non-event admins who have access to console component of this sponsor zone).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your team<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px\">Highlight other attendees from your sponsor who are attending the event. These will appear at the bottom of your sponsor zone in a Netflix like tile row. If selected users will be taken to the attendee&#8217;s profile in the event platform.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ticketed attendees<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px\">See a list of representatives who hold the ticket that you assigned to your booth under the basic details section.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Product list<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px\">Use this section to upload a product list for your attendees to view. You can include an image of the product, a title and a URL that the attendee will be redirected to if the image tile is selected.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Event attendee list<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px\">Shows a full exportable list for all event attendees.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sponsor sessions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px\">Allow sponsor admins to create their own live breakout or VOD sessions to add to their sponsor zones.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lead activation email <\/strong>(on-site events only)<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px\">Create an automatic email to be sent to users who scan your sponsor booth QR code with the Canapii app. This email will always be sent from info@canapii.com.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sponsor zone\u00a0\u00a0 Each logo on the sponsorship page supports an individual sponsor zone.
