In these cases, we suggest that you adjust the video quality as per the next steps.\u00a0<\/p>\n<div style=\"background: #eef4ff;border-left: 4px solid #3b82f6;padding: 12px 16px;margin: 16px 0;border-radius: 4px\"><strong>Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>An internet speed of at least 25 Mbps is recommended for high quality streaming.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Adjusting the video quality<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You can adjust the video quality by clicking the gear icon in the lower right corner of the video and choosing your preferred quality from the list of available options\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"article-image\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/staging.knowledge-base.canapii.com\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/image-png-Jan-14-2022-04-41-24-71-PM.png\" style=\"max-width: 100%;height: auto\" \/><br \/>Generally, the smaller the number, the lower the quality of the video (and the easiest to play back). If you&#8217;re having trouble with your connection, try adjusting the quality down.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;re having trouble viewing small details in the video because the image is low quality, you can also choose a higher frame rate from the list instead.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Browser<br \/><\/strong>For an optimal user experience, we advise that users join from either a <strong>Chrome based browser<\/strong> or <strong>Microsoft edge<\/strong> browser.
