Additionally, session admins will also have the option to receive help &amp; support emails which come through during live sessions!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Adding session admins:<\/p>\n<p><\/strong>Go in to\u00a0<strong>Sessions<\/strong> (step 2) &amp; then select <strong>Settings<\/strong>.<br \/>Underneath <strong>Session admins<\/strong>, input the email addresses for each speaker (ensure that each speaker is added on a new line).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Help &amp; support:<\/p>\n<p><\/strong>To manage this, please reach out to Canapii to enable or disable <strong>Canapii support.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Once the session admins have been set, the organizer can control whether these individuals receive help &amp; support requests during live sessions by selecting <strong>disable<\/strong>.
