You can expect the reminder to be received within an attendee&#8217;s inbox approx. <strong>24 hours before a session is due to start.<\/strong> The attendees which can expect to receive the reminder will be those that have either registered themselves as &#8216;attending&#8217; specific sessions or those which have been &#8216;targeted&#8217; &#8211; Therefore, any sessions which are visible within their personal agenda!<\/p>\n<p>To <strong>activate,<\/strong> go into <strong>Sessions, <\/strong>then <strong>Session Settings<\/strong> and enable either push notification or email session reminder<strong>.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>By default, the push notification toggle is enabled while email notification is disabled.<\/p>\n<p><strong><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"article-image\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/staging.knowledge-base.canapii.com\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/image-png-Dec-12-2023-02-00-21-2019-PM.png\" style=\"max-width: 100%;height: auto\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You may also input the hours and minutes for your session reminder.<\/p>\n<p>To <strong>disable<\/strong> this feature from specific attendees profile&#8217;s i.e. sponsors or VIP guests, you&#8217;re required to disable the notification from an attendee&#8217;s personal profile. Firstly, search for the attendee&#8217;s name within the <strong>Attendees <\/strong>tab (step 1).<\/p>\n<p>Upon selecting their name, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on <strong>Alerts<\/strong>.
