You will need to enable this feature from the\u00a0general settings page<\/strong> under the\u00a0tools\u00a0<\/strong>tab.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Importing contacts into the campaign tool<\/h3>\n

In order to import contacts, you will need to create a .csv spreadsheet containing the following information in this order:<\/p>\n

First_name | Last_name | Email | company <\/strong>(optional) | cc<\/strong> (optional)<\/p>\n

Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Any email that is listed in the cc<\/strong> column for a particular contact will be cc’d into any email that is sent to that contact.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

In the Campaigns page, click Mailing list<\/strong> and then click the blue Create <\/strong>button. Click Import in the modal that pops up, and add your spreadsheet.\u00a0<\/p>\n

When importing a mailing list, you may also exclude registered attendees.\u00a0<\/strong>The system will automatically exclude the email addresses of registered attendees. This is helpful when sending out invites to register for your event.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Campaign Mailing List Limitation<\/h3>\n

Users have a limited number of\u00a0 email recipients they can send an email to based on the availed pricing plan. Please see below:<\/p>\n

  • Free \/ Trial Account: 100 email recipients.\u00a0<\/li>\n
  • Essential Plan: 1000 email recipients.\u00a0<\/li>\n
  • Professional Plan: 3500 email recipients.\u00a0<\/li>\n
