Your team can create mailing lists, see click-through stats and more! You will need to enable this feature from the\u00a0<strong>general settings page<\/strong> under the\u00a0<strong>tools\u00a0<\/strong>tab.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h3 style=\"font-size: 1.05em;margin-top: 10px;margin-bottom: 4px\">Importing contacts into the campaign tool<\/h3>\n<p>In order to import contacts, you will need to create a .csv spreadsheet containing the following information in this order:<\/p>\n<p><strong>First_name | Last_name | Email | company <\/strong>(optional)<strong> | cc<\/strong> (optional)<\/p>\n<div style=\"background: #eef4ff;border-left: 4px solid #3b82f6;padding: 12px 16px;margin: 16px 0;border-radius: 4px\"><strong>Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Any email that is listed in the <strong>cc<\/strong> column for a particular contact will be cc&#8217;d into any email that is sent to that contact.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Example of contact import spreadsheet:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"article-image\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/staging.knowledge-base.canapii.com\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/image-png-Aug-24-2021-06-47-37-64-PM.png\" style=\"max-width: 100%;height: auto\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In the Campaigns page, click <strong>Mailing list<\/strong> and then click the blue <strong>Create <\/strong>button. Click Import in the modal that pops up, and add your spreadsheet.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>When importing a mailing list, you may also <strong>exclude registered attendees.\u00a0<\/strong>The system will automatically exclude the email addresses of registered attendees.
