This setting can be checked from Event Settings (found underneath General settings in step 1).\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Now ensure that <strong>Flights<\/strong> is illuminated (within step 2). If it isn&#8217;t, please go into <strong>Features &amp; Networking<\/strong> and then <strong>Enable<\/strong> Flights.<\/li>\n<li>Now that Flights has been enabled, you&#8217;ll find that it&#8217;s now illuminated which means you can begin to working with this feature.<\/li>\n<li>As an admin, you&#8217;re firstly required to mass import attendees flights information. If an information is left blank on import, it will show &#8220;N\/A&#8221; on the platform.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please see the import guide here:<br \/><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"article-image\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/staging.knowledge-base.canapii.com\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/image-png-Jul-21-2022-11-02-35-78-AM.png\" style=\"max-width: 100%;height: auto\" \/><\/p>\n<div style=\"background: #eef4ff;border-left: 4px solid #3b82f6;padding: 12px 16px;margin: 16px 0;border-radius: 4px\"><strong>Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Note: Should you need to edit any of the flight details, you may do so by clicking flight&gt;action dropdown.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Admins:\u00a0<\/strong>Within the admins tab, you&#8217;re now able to select a <strong>custom attribute<\/strong> that will trigger an email notification. If the trigger is selected, event admins will receive the notification to inform that that further action is required. Please see the example below:\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"article-image\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/staging.knowledge-base.canapii.com\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/image-png-Jun-21-2022-02-48-11-58-PM.png\" style=\"max-width: 100%;height: auto\" \/><br \/>Upon an attendee selecting <strong>Yes<\/strong>, the event admins will receive a notification informing them that the target answer has been selected.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Please note that the custom attribute will need to be set up within <strong>Registration<\/strong>. Please check out the dedicated<strong> Custom attribute<\/strong> knowledge base article to understand more.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Email templates:\u00a0<\/strong>Upon selecting this tab, you&#8217;ll find three pre-designed email templates:<\/li>\n<li><strong>New attendee registration<\/strong>: Sent to selected event admins. Triggered on new attendee that require a flight.<\/li>\n<li><strong>New attendee flight email: <\/strong>Sent to attendees. This is triggered when new flight detail is added.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Attendee flight approval email: <\/strong>Sent to selected event admins. Triggered every time an attendee approves or declines the flight.\u00a0\n<p>When declining a flight, an attendee is required to leave a comment.
