Where is the preview shown?<\/h3>\n

The preview video is shown to attendees in two instances:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. When the session is highlighted as a default highlight\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. When the session is included in a playlist and the tile is hovered over for 2+ seconds<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Where do I upload a preview video for a session?<\/h3>\n

    Navigate to and locate your session by selecting the\u00a0sessions<\/strong> tab under\u00a0step 2<\/strong> of the event Console left side bar.<\/p>\n

    Once you have selected your session, scroll to the bottom of the page where you will see an\u00a0assets<\/strong> tab, select this and scroll down to find the\u00a0preview video file<\/strong> option.<\/p>\n

    Select the gear icon and select\u00a0upload<\/strong> to add your preview video file to that session.<\/p>\n

    Once you have uploaded a video file, you can select the gear icon to\u00a0 replace, download, <\/strong>or remove <\/strong>the video preview file.<\/p>\n

    Caution:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Note:\u00a0<\/strong>To ensure that the video sits well within the frame, ensure that the asset is uploaded in 1920×500.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
