If disabled, attendees won\u2019t be able to schedule meetings with one another.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong><br \/><\/strong>The console allows you to manage meeting permissions between attendee types, giving you control over who can meet with whom.<\/p>\n<p>To configure these settings, follow these steps:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Go to the <strong>Networking<\/strong> tab &gt; <strong>Meetings<\/strong> section in the event Console sidebar.<\/li>\n<li>Click on <strong>Settings<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Select the <strong>Who can meet <\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">tab.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>You&#8217;ll see a list of all attendee types. Simply tick the appropriate boxes to define which groups can schedule meetings with each other.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"article-image\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/staging.knowledge-base.canapii.com\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/image-png-Jul-11-2025-02-25-00-9806-PM.png\" style=\"max-width: 100%;height: auto\" \/><\/p>\n<p>If an attendee is unable to meet with others, they will still see their name in the platform attendee list.
