Follow these steps to find out more:<br \/>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">First, ensure that the administrator who will be managing the help center is given the correct administration rights. To check this:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px\"><strong>Admins<\/strong> <strong>&gt;<\/strong> Select the admins name <strong>&gt;<\/strong> Within the <strong>Components access control <\/strong>page, ensure that message center is marked as <strong>Yes.<br \/><\/strong>If the status is <strong>No<\/strong>, this means that the admin is restricted from being able to respond. Please amend accordingly.\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">Within <strong>Communication<\/strong>, you&#8217;ll find the <\/span><strong>Message Center <\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">tab<\/span><strong>. <\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">During an event this is the hub which\u00a0 enables you to respond directly to help messages sent from the FAQ and the Session Help. Here you&#8217;ll find the two tabs which will help you to identify &amp; respond effectively to the requests that come through.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\"><\/span><\/li>\n<li>During a live session, you&#8217;ll find a log of each message that comes through. Simply click onto the message and select <strong>reply.\u00a0<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 1rem\">The response will automatically pull through &amp; become visible within the live session. <\/span><\/li>\n<li>\u00a0You&#8217;ll also find other details within the Message center like who has left the request &amp; the date\/time that it was created.
