Follow these steps to ensure that sponsor representatives are visible within their respective sponsor zones:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Within <strong>Tickets <\/strong>(step 1) create individual tickets for each of your sponsors. Representatives of each sponsor will register under their ticket accordingly<\/li>\n<li>Within<strong> Sponsors <\/strong>(step 2)<strong> update<\/strong> the sponsor&#8217;s settings page by clicking <strong>update.<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Under the <strong>Ticket<\/strong> drop down, select the newly created sponsor&#8217;s ticket<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Share<\/strong> the ticket&#8217;s registration link with the sponsor representatives. This will ensure that upon registration, they are categorized and are pulled through as representatives of their specific sponsor.\n<p>Additionally, anyone registering under the ticket registration link, will have their attendee profile added to that sponsor&#8217;s zone<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"font-size: 1.05em;margin-top: 10px;margin-bottom: 4px\">Sponsor Admins\u00a0<\/h3>\n<p>Sponsor Admins have the ability to have an overview of their respective sponsor pages, view meetings booked under their sponsor page, or set up\/edit a session within their sponsor page on the console.<\/p>\n<p data-pm-slice='1 1 [\"list\",{},\"list_item\",{\"indent\":1,\"type\":\"bulleted\"}]'>To set a Sponsor Admin, click on the Sponsor tab &gt; Sponsor name &gt; Admins &gt; Add Admin.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p data-pm-slice='1 1 [\"list\",{},\"list_item\",{\"indent\":1,\"type\":\"bulleted\"}]'><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"article-image\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/staging.knowledge-base.canapii.com\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/image-png-Aug-17-2022-01-17-38-28-PM.png\" style=\"max-width: 100%;height: auto\" \/><\/p>\n<p data-pm-slice='1 1 [\"list\",{},\"list_item\",{\"indent\":1,\"type\":\"bulleted\"}]'>Simply tick on\/off the functions you would like a certain Sponsor Admin to have.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Representatives are super important to enable attendees to engage &amp; interact with your event&#8217;s sponsors.
