This makes it easy to navigate and switch between events.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Your events<\/strong>: These are events where you are assigned as an organizer and have full administrative access to the event console.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Events you are attending<\/strong>: These are events where you are listed as an attendee. You can view event content, but you will not have access to the event console.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"article-image\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/staging.knowledge-base.canapii.com\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/image-png-Feb-07-2022-10-08-23-75-AM.png\" style=\"max-width: 100%;height: auto\" \/><\/p>\n<p>You can create as many events as you like, and each one will appear here in the master console as a separate tile. If you have multiple events and can&#8217;t find the one you&#8217;re looking for, click the down arrow (\u2193) at the bottom of the page to load more.<\/p>\n<p>Below each event tile, you\u2019ll see two buttons:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><strong>View<\/strong> \u2013 Opens the attendee-facing site for the event.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Manage<\/strong> \u2013 Takes you to the organizer view, where you can access the event console and settings.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"article-image\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/staging.knowledge-base.canapii.com\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/image-png-Feb-07-2022-10-12-38-88-AM.png\" style=\"max-width: 100%;height: auto\" \/><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>On the left-hand side of the master console, you will see the following sections:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Events<\/strong> \u2013 A list of events you are managing or attending.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Organizations<\/strong> \u2013 The names of the organizations or companies responsible for creating the events. You can also click on an organization name to quickly view the events they are managing.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><strong>My Account<\/strong> \u2013 Where you can set up multi-factor authentication (MFA) and update your password.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p>One of the most common questions from event managers is why they can&#8217;t see an event they are managing in the attendee view. This is not a mistake. It simply means you have not yet registered to attend the event.<\/p>\n<p>Even if you are an event admin, you must also register for the event to gain access to the attendee site.<\/p>\n<div style=\"background: #eef4ff;border-left: 4px solid #3b82f6;padding: 12px 16px;margin: 16px 0;border-radius: 4px\"><strong>Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Admins can preview what the event looks like while it is in draft status by selecting <strong>View Draft Event<\/strong> within the event console.
